If you're new to me, I’m a personal trainer and yoga teacher who’s been in the industry since 2001. I’ve had the honor of being the lead trainer at a number of private gyms in New York City, worked for Corporate Groups, and have been hired to test and create content for leading fitness apps, such as LifeSum and Fitmo.
And while all of that incredible fitness magic was being built, I also became a DAD! Just like you, I started my parenting journey filled with vim, vigor and optimism that this parenting thing is going to be a breeze!!
But after a few years of not sleeping, not eating well and skipping workouts I had a DAD BOD! By the time I had my second child, a mortgage and a mountain of stress, I knew that it was a matter of life and death to get back in shape and feeling great. Within a few months of making that pivotal decision, I was back to my pre-baby weight, feeling great and full of energy again!
