Hey there! I’m Nolan.

If you're new to me, I’m a personal trainer and yoga teacher who’s been in the industry since 2001. I’ve had the honor of being the lead trainer at a number of private gyms in New York City, worked for Corporate Groups, and have been hired to test and create content for leading fitness apps, such as LifeSum and Fitmo.

On day two, we'll do a time audit and create a workout plan that works for YOUR schedule. 

With that workout plan in place, you will know when and where your workouts are going down and have a plan B for when obstacles arise. 

Training 3:

There are times when your motivated to workout and times when you would rather just lay down...but we all know that laying down won't help you get more fit!

I’m going to show you a simple yet effective hack to get up and moving even when your motivation is lacking.  This lesson is so simple, yet so effective, you're going to be blown away!

Training 4: 

Going the distance

You've tried workout plans and diets in the past, and they've worked for short periods of time. But when life events (like vacation or the flu) happen that throw off your plan, you find yourself back at square one.

In our final day together, I am going to teach you how to stay on track with the 4 tenets of health and fitness.

Is this a weight loss program?
The short answer is...NO.

This is a program that prioritizes health and fitness above all else. That being said, you will most likely lose weight if you change what your eating and start exercising (and have weight to lose!).
I have an injury. Can I still do the bootcamp?
Yes and no... 

What I mean by that is you can absolutely attend the lessons and join the group, but depending on what kind of injury you have you may not be able to do all the workouts. 

I would advise that you see your doctor and get their opinion before you start a workout plan if you are nursing an injury.
